Production Operator

Job description:

  • Production, verification and packaging of components;

  • Respect the working instructions;

The ideal candidate:

  • High school / vocational school;

  • The experience in the field - processing, assembly, identification, verification, handling, storage of the component elements and of the insulating joinery and of the insulating glass, constitutes an advantage.

Job description:

  • Client portfolio development;

  • Meeting the sales objectives, according to the company policy and strategy;

  • Monitoring the progress of contracts concluded until their completion, including the collection of invoices issued.


The ideal candidate

  • Higher education completed (preferably technical profile);

  • Knowledge of the construction market in the allocated area;

  • Experiența relevantă în vânzarea materialelor de construcții, preferabil ferestre și uși PVC/AL.

  • Handling and transporting products to the customer;

  • Assembly of PVC and Aluminum joinery produced by the factory;

  • Verification of the conformity of the installed products.

 

Job requirements:

  • High school / vocational school;

  • Driving license category. B;

  • Seriousness and punctuality;

  • Work experience in a similar field is an advantage.

  • Analyzes the market, identifies and proposes opportunities to sell the company's products;

  • Contributes to the development of the promotion and sales strategy, besides the sales and marketing team;

  • Develops the relationship with partners, creates and develops the client portfolio in the region;

  • Maintains the relationship with the clients in the allocated area, constantly updating the database;

  • Promotes and presents the company's products in front of customers and partners;

  • It achieves the agreed sales objectives for the allocated region;

  • Monitors and reports the status of sales made;

  • Develops, proposes and implements the action plan in order to maximize the results;

  • Negotiate the contractual terms according to the company's strategy and policy;

  • Monitor the execution of the contracts concluded and their completion according to the plan.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in selling construction materials;

  • Experience in selling PVC and aluminum windows and doors is an advantage;

  • Thorough knowledge of the construction market in the allocated region;

  • Higher education completed;

  • Good PC usage skills - MS Office package

  • Use of English at medium-advanced level;

  • Driving license category B;

  • Very good communication, sales and negotiation skills;

  • Customer orientation and results;

  • Organizing and planning skills;

  • Responsibility and punctuality.
